You have a proven track record in generating strong revenue growth in businesses with revenues above $100M USD.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Chief Executive Officer. This role is critical in shaping our company’s public image and ensuring effective communication with both investors and the broader public. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public markets, a flair for impactful communication, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and media.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Chief Executive Officer of RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc. you will be responsible for the business’s overall operations, revenue generation, coordination and development of the executive team, investor relationships and capital markets, and the growth of a high-caliber organization.
Qualifications:
- Leadership skills, entrepreneurial energy, pro-activeness, and efficient multi-tasking
- Prior experience as a startup CEO (20+ people minimum) with a successful exit
- Past B2B business development successes and relevant experience working with the technology or specialized chemical industry
- Previous experience in angel and venture capital fundraising is required, and experience with M&A transactions
