Job Description: 

The Corporate Relations Associate is responsible for maintaining smooth corporate communications and handling various administrative duties. This role involves managing relationships with partners and Shareholder, organizing files and documents, and ensuring efficient handling of corporate correspondence. The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to details, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and Shareholders. Regularly communicate with partners to ensure they are informed of corporate developments. 

2. Administrative Support:

  • Manage the sorting, filing, and archiving of corporate documents and contracts. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and packages. 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparation of meeting spaces and materials. 

3. Correspondence and Documentation:

  • Draft, review, and proofread external and internal communications. 
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases of corporate interactions. 

4. General Office Duties:

  • Assist in the organization and planning of corporate events and meetings. 
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. 
  • Experience in an administrative role involving document management and corporate communications. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
