RecycLiCo Battery Materials (“AMY” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it intends to conduct a non-brokered private placement of 521,000 flow-through units at $0.24 per unit (the “Offering”).  Each flow-through unit consists of one flow-through common share of AMY and one warrant.  Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of two years from the warrant’s issuance date.

The proceeds will be used to fund exploration of the Company’s Canadian mineral properties. All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months. This Offering is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
