Maryam Rohani

Ms. Rohani brings over eight years of experience in chemical process engineering and laboratory testing. Her background includes mineral processing, process design and optimization, water and wastewater treatment, and process development, with experience supporting laboratory, pilot-scale, and industrial operations.

Her technical expertise includes laboratory testing, wet chemistry, sample preparation, chemical analysis, data analysis, process monitoring, and process optimization. She has worked with a variety of metallurgical and chemical processes, including chemical precipitation, crystallization, filtration, solid-liquid separation, evaporation, and metal recovery. She is also experienced in SOP development, laboratory documentation, and maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.

At RecycLiCo Battery Materials, Ms. Rohani supports research and development activities focused on critical mineral recovery and battery recycling technologies. Her responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, preparing reagents and standards, performing analytical testing, and supporting process optimization and technology development initiatives.

She brings a practical, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to laboratory operations and process development, with a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and sustainable resource recovery.
