His nearly 30-year experience in the industrial, construction, and hardware distribution sector has led him to grow his company through partnerships with premium, reputable industrial and safety companies. His career extends across business strategies and corporate sustainability, commercial real estate investments, and organizational and operational development.
His career began in Alberta of 1994, where he embarked on his industrial distribution journey. In 1997, he returned to British Columbia, joining Cascade Distributors where he built his extensive sales and operational background and the ability to create a clear and concise leadership direction. In 2011, Mr. Langtry merged Cascade Distributors with Raider Hansen in 2011 where he became the President & C.E.O. Since then, he has developed a strong merger and acquisition skillset.
His commitment to the industry is evident through his previous time on the Board of Directors for Vancouver Regional Construction Association. Additionally, Mr. Langtry is a proud father to three children and spends time giving back to his community by volunteer to coach and mentoring young people.
